1.3. The store operates under the dropshipping model, meaning that products are shipped directly from suppliers.

 

**2. Offer and Prices**

2.1. All prices listed on the store's website are gross prices and include VAT, if applicable.

2.2. The store reserves the right to change prices, conduct, and cancel promotions at any time.

 

**3. Placing Orders**

3.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 through the form available on the store's website.

3.2. The customer is required to provide accurate personal information necessary for order fulfillment.

3.3. After placing an order, the customer will receive confirmation at the provided email address.

 

**4. Order Fulfillment and Delivery**

4.1. Orders are shipped within 2 to 4 business days from the moment the order is confirmed.

4.2. Delivery time to the customer ranges from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the location of the supplier and customer.

4.3. The store is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control, such as transportation issues or customs clearance.

 

**5. Returns and Complaints**

5.1. Due to the nature of the dropshipping model, the store does not accept returns of goods.

5.2. In the case of a defective product, the customer has the right to file a complaint within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

5.3. Complaints should be submitted to the email address: trendythinkss@gmail.com, including order details and a description of the issue.

5.4. Complaints will be processed within 14 business days.

 

**6. Payments**

6.1. The store offers various payment methods, including bank transfer, payment cards, and online payment systems.

6.2. Orders are processed only after the full amount is credited to the store's account.
